EU Ambassador Karl Hartzel gets acquainted with the service of mobile support groups

During his two-day visit to Adjara, EU Ambassador Karl Hartzel visited the Coalition for Independent Living. The chairman of the organization, Georgy Dzneladze spoke about the project supporting disabled communities in overcoming the barriers caused by covid-19. During the meeting with the Ambassador, the Chairman of the Coalition also spoke about the philosophy of independent life and emphasized its importance.
The mobile support groups in Adjara, Guria and Samegrelo regions have resumed their work since January 11, 2021.
The project is implemented by the Coalition for Independent Living with the support of People in Need Georgia (PIN) and EU funding.
