On November 19 in Telavi, the organizations Changes for Equal Rights and Coalition for Independent Living together with the Kakheti Disability Rights Advocacy Team held a meeting with representatives of Kakheti municipalities. The newly elected mayor of Telavi, Levan Andriashvili, also attended the seminar.

The seminars focused on the topic of disability, services in the region and the problems identified during the seminar with parents of persons with disabilities.

The meetings were held within the framework of the EU project Civil Society for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

The project is implemented by the organizations Changes for Equal Rights and Coalition for Independent Living with the support of the European Union.
