TRAINING COURSE FOR THE DISABLED PEOPLE’S ORGANIZATIONS

On November 26 - 27, 2015 the training course was conducted for the Disabled People’s Organizations on the following topics:
Understanding and supporting the implementation of UNCRPD. As well as, understanding and supporting the implementation of the local legislation related to the PWD.
The participants of the training were the representatives of Disabled People’s Organizations (DPOs) from Tbilisi and west Georgia. The training was conducted in the framework of the “Disability Legal Advocacy Project” which is supported by the US Agency for International Development and is implemented by the Coalition for Independent Living.
